- Allow the candle to melt evenly across the surface for each use, especially the first burning. Burning for less than 2 hours at a time can result in “tunneling” and uneven burn.
- Trim the wick to 1/4" before every use.
- Stop burning a candle when there is ¼ inch of wax left in the vessel.
